Mina has been hard at work, studying hard and building more credentials. Soon she will have her Strong Nation Certification and Licensing through Zumba.com and also her Kids Yoga Certification and Licensing through Kidding Around Yoga.
In Strong Nation classes, you'll burn calories while toning your arms, legs, core, and glutes. Kidding Around Yoga is a kids yoga class. It combines ancient teachings with a fun twist and often incorporates stories, games, sing alongs, and crafting to make the classes engaging to kids of all ages!
Mina is currently in the middle of Yin Yoga Training in order to deepen her practice in Yin. Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative type of yoga. It does the body and the mind good! Yin poses are typically held for longer periods of time than in most yoga classes. It focuses on connective tissues such as tendons, ligaments, fascia, and bone joints. The poses are often passive and props are generally used to facilitate comfort.
