What to Expect-Gentle movements + mindful breath combined with the natural sway of the board -Core activation in every pose (even the “easy” ones!) -A playful practice—because everyone wobbles, everyone splashes, and that’s part of the fun -A chance to slow down and connect with the lake, the sky, and yourself Benefits-Builds balance, stability, and strength -Deepens body awareness -Encourages presence and breathwork -Boosts confidence by stepping outside your comfort zone -Provides a peaceful retreat from city noise and stress Who It’s ForBeginners and seasoned yogis alike! If you can stand on a paddleboard or are open to kneeling/sitting, you can do SUP Yoga. No prior paddleboarding experience is required. Tiffany McDaniel completed her Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Teacher Training with Mina in 2022 at Lake Texoma, Oklahoma, and is a fully qualified SUP Yoga instructor. She is also a CYT-200, a Physical Therapist Assistant at Physical Therapy Central, and a yoga instructor at Oklahoma Yoga Studio in Chickasha, Oklahoma. |
